Main introduction:
As a high-tech industrial X-ray machine, the RD-1803 features a
breakthrough design concept, combining the dual advantages of
compact size, light weight and reliability & durability. It has a
reasonable internal structure, adopts imported high-power
components for the first time, and is equipped with a powerful
system protection function. With a generator weighing only 12kg and
an exquisite design, the device can easily handle installation,
maintenance, and non-destructive testing operations in narrow
spaces.
In terms of core performance, the device is divided into two types:
directional and circumferential. The directional type has a
radiation angle of 40±5°, while the circumferential type reaches
360°. Both types can achieve a maximum penetration thickness of
20mm for A3 steel, and are widely suitable for non-destructive
testing scenarios such as power plants, chemical plants, aircraft
manufacturing plants, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, as
well as aluminum tubes and aluminum sheets.
Main usage:
In addition to the RD-1803, the entire series of HUIWEI flaw
detectors covers key non-destructive testing scenarios in multiple
fields, including the aerospace industry, welding engineering
industry, shipbuilding industry, boiler and pipeline industry,
petrochemical engineering industry, aircraft manufacturing and
maintenance industry, automotive industry, and national defense
